This project was the design and installation of the compressed air piping for an Atlas Copco system including a GA22VSDAFF+ (40HP) compressor, UD filter, OSC condensate treatment system, and a 400 gallon air receiver tank. We mounted ten (10) 75’ hose reels to the ceiling and walls for this customer as well.  

The AirNet system was used for the compressed air piping. Roughly 1,000’ of 40mm (1 1/2”) pipe was installed along with 25 drops to production in 20mm (3/4”) pipe. Every drop was terminated with a shutoff valve for safety.

Working alongside our client, suppliers, and the onsite construction teams from pre-construction meetings to the final cleanup, this project was setup for success. In addition, we accommodated a few change orders from the client to customize the layout to fit their exact needs. The result is a great example of what can happen when design, know-how, great equipment, and hard work all come together.
