This client came to us asking for assistance on the layout of the compressed air system equipment and the design and installation of the compressed air piping. Client advised that aesthetics are important to them, and their visiting clients, and requested a minimal, simple, and clean system layout and installation.

Working within the space given to us, the Chicago Pneumatic CPC40G compressor, CPX270 air dryer, Pneumatech filters, Quincy PPFC Flow Controller, Beko Qwik-Pure oil water separator, Beko condensate tank drain, and 400 Gallon air receiver tank were placed in a compact but attractive and serviceable layout.

Airnet 40mm (1 1/2”) and 20mm (3/4”) compressed air piping was used. 40mm for the header pipe and drops to production are in 20mm (3/4”) pipe for a very minimal pressure drop. Every drop was terminated with a 3-port manifold and shutoff valve for safety.
